The NHS in Wandsworth is here for you

As part of the NHS is here for you campaign, the NHS in Wandsworth have created a short film offering reassurance to local people that it is safe to return to the NHS for treatment.

This film is guided by insight gathered from your input at Thinking Partners and PPIRG, through a survey run by Healthwatch, and from insight gathered through the SWL CCG’s People’s Panel. They asked about the barriers to people seeking NHS advice or treatment and particularly attending for diagnostic and elective procedures. The feedback they received was mostly around fear of COVID infection from attending a healthcare setting, and wanting reassurance and detailed information about what the NHS is doing to keep them safe. They have created a film in response to this feedback, to show the infection prevention and control measures in place in GP practices, hospitals and mental health settings. They would appreciate your support in sharing the video message with your networks and helping us to reassure patients by informing them that there are new safety measures now in place across the NHS.
