Sarah Cook - Manager

Sarah has worked on Healthwatch Wandsworth since 2016. She previously worked at Macmillan Cancer Support where she worked organising a specialist information outreach service. She has a background working in health related charities and her recent postgraduate studies were focussed on healthcare.

Having previously volunteered with Healthwatch as a Policy, Information and Outreach Volunteer Sarah was pleased to join the team full time.

Delia Fitzsimmons - Outreach & Engagement Lead

Delia is a graduate in Business Studies & Human Resource Management and had been working in Human Resource Management for 10 years prior to joining WCA in October 2012 as a Volunteer Co-ordinator.

Within her Volunteer Co-ordinator role and through project managing Social Sundayz, The Drug & Alcohol Service User Involvement project and Skill Swap, she has gained a greater understanding of various service user groups' needs in the Wandsworth area, which will provide her with an excellent platform upon which to build. Delia is also the secretary of the Battersea Forum.

Delia is excited about her role as Outreach and Engagement Lead, as she can utilise her skills to contribute to making positive changes at both grass root and commissioning level.

Max Russel – Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer

Max joined WCA in December 2023 as a Community Research & Volunteer Project Officer. He has previously worked as a Social Researcher on a Heritage Fund Oral History Project documenting the lived experiences of the Ugandan Asian Diaspora.

Max is passionate about speaking to people, understanding their experiences, and seeking to make positive changes within the community and believes this can be done in his capacity as Community Research & Volunteer Project Officer.

Kayla Halls – Community Research and Volunteer Project Officer

Kayla has a background in early childhood education and care research. She also has experience facilitating workshops for early childhood professionals. Kayla is enjoying applying her research skillset to the health and social care sector with WCA and Healthwatch to empower and support the community of Wandsworth.
