Shaping our Integrated Care Partnership priorities – discussion document
Shaping our Integrated Care Partnership priorities: A partnership discussion document brings together months of working together to identify what the health and care needs are for our South West London population.
It is the first stage in the development of our South West London Integrated Care Strategy, which the South West London Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is producing to help set the strategic direction for health and care services across Croydon, Merton, Kingston, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.
This discussion document describes how they have assessed the needs of the population and sets out their thoughts on the priorities for the ICP.
The full integrated care strategy will be developed based on your feedback and published in Summer 2023.
The ICP are seeking views on this document
They are asking partner organisations for their views on:
- The recommended ICP priorities
- The four proposed workforce programmes
- Any other areas where our partners could work together
The plan is to use the feedback to inform the development of our final strategy, which they aim to publish in summer 2023.

Our Integrated Care System is an opportunity to integrate health and care services, bring together partners in local government, the NHS and the voluntary and community sector and address deeply rooted health inequalities.
They recognise the importance of each of our six boroughs and the positive impact that local partnerships can have in their local communities. They want to ensure that the work they are doing across the whole of South West London has value and is relevant.
This discussion document is the product of conversations with health and care partners across South West London, our statutory organisations like NHS and Local Authorities, and our voluntary sector partners, Healthwatch colleagues, and our local communities.
All partners share a determination to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents. This discussion document is the foundation for our collective action.
Tell the ICP what you think
