Healthwatch Wandsworth 2017/18 Annual Report
Over 1000 people spoke to us about their experiences of health and social care services in Wandsworth this year. Our fifth Annual Report sets out what people think of healthcare services and how we have helped services find out what works for you, what doesn't and what you want from care in the future.
As well as speaking to those of you who contacted us to share your stories, we also visited different local services to find out if they're meeting people's needs. Our Annual report highlights some of this work, and what has happened so far as a result of us telling those in charge of local services about the improvements people would like to see.
