Each year we set priority themes to guide our work and help keep us focused on what matters to local people. Based on the experiences people shared with us between April 2022 and March 2023 and what will be happening in health and social care this year we have chosen our topics of focus for the year.
The context is the after effects of the pandemic and the impact of the rising cost of living. Health and Care services continue to face challenges related to workforce and there are restructures in many organisations.
Summary of our priority topics:

3. Working with community-based health champions
4. Ensuring the patient and community voice has influence in the ICS
