Each year we set priority themes to guide our work and help keep us focused on what matters to local people. 

The year ahead holds many changes for the health and care system. It will be more important than ever that local people are involved in how things develop to make sure they meet the needs of our community. 

We've some focused projects planned on the priority themes and we will also continue to champion the increasing involvement of people in their care at every level.

Our main focus for 2025-6

We will focus on speaking to people to understand their experiences of the following topics:

1. Access to Primary Care

2. Raising concerns, advocacy and communication

3. Experiences of Community Mental Health Service changes

4. Enter and View visits to a care home and a mental health ward
