Speaking up for better care: read our latest annual report 2025-6

Read about our work with our community in the year 2025-6 and how services can improve based on the views of local people.

Our annual report is a short overview of our collaborative projects in Wandsworth.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part, if you shared your views at an event or in a survey, if you worked with us as an organisation or if you read our report and supported the voice of local people.

Highlights include:

  • Nearly 1300 people were involved in sharing experiences of health and social care services.
  • 29 people volunteered their time to help strengthen the voice of the community in health and social care, here from a few of who have been involved in our work.
  • Read about the changes that are being made based on what people have told us, including;
    • improved support for patient queries and concerns at hospitals
    • improved care and environments for those admitted to an acute mental health ward
    • collaborative projects, working with communities who are less often heard
    • the longer term change we have been tracking
