The General Pharmaceutical Council have written a new online guide which explains what you can expect when visiting a pharmacy.
The guide explains:
- The standards that registered pharmacies and pharmacy professionals have to meet.
- What you can expect when visiting a pharmacy.
- What to do if you are unhappy with the services or care you receive.
The GPhC inspects pharmacies to check if standards are being met. You can find these inspection reports on a new pharmacy inspections publication site.
